SLU-CLT Flange Liquid Transmitter

1.Characteristic:

   LU-CLT may accurate measure liquid & density which in each kind of container. There are flat-flange & in-line-flange, and size is 3 inch (3’’) or 4 inch (4’’), specification is 1501b or 3001b, may special make for user’s requirement. If no indication, our company will deliver the flange of 3’’ & 1501b. Flange diaphragm material may be selected.

2. Performance index (note: test under the condition of none shift, max. range status of sensor, 316L stainless isolating diaphragm and other standard condition)

·Accuracy: ±0.25% of the span, including the synthesize errors of linear,     change-difference and repeat.

·Stability: ±0.25% of max. range (12 months)

·Temperature affect:

Zero error:±0.75% / 55℃,  total errors:±1.5% / 55℃, when max. range;

Zero error:±4.5% / 55℃,  total errors:±5.25% / 55℃, when min. range;

· Static-pressure affect: zero error <±0.5% of max. range, when add 4Mpa (AP);

Range error is system error, can be calibrated.

·vibration affect: ±0.05% / g of the max. range, when 200Hz, any axis up.

·Power affect: <0.005%/V of output range

·Load affect: none affect when voltage >12VDC input to the transmitter.
